  3. Follow the initial instructions: The app will ask you to grant some necessary permissions for all features to function correctly (for example, access to contacts and call management). Create your whitelist (list of allowed numbers): To start blocking unwanted calls, go to the dedicated 'Allowed numbers' section and add the phone numbers of the contacts you always want to receive calls from. You can add them manually or import all your contacts.
    ATTENTION: Once the app is opened and all permissions are granted, the whitelist filter will already be active. In this case, if no numbers are added to the whitelist, you will not be able to receive any calls as all numbers will be blocked. To avoid this, once permissions are granted, it is important to add numbers to the whitelist.
  4. Explore the settings (optional): Take a look at the settings to further customize the app's behavior.
If you wish to use the prefix filter, you can unlock this feature by subscribing to the paid plan within the app, following the instructions provided.

Shhured's main operation is based on a whitelist filter. This means that only phone numbers you actively add to your list of allowed numbers (the whitelist) will be able to call you. All other calls from numbers not on this list will be automatically blocked. This is the app's primary filtering method and is available in the free version of the app. With paid plans, you unlock the prefix filtering functionality. Instead of having to manually add each individual number, you can specify one or more phone prefixes. In this way, only phone numbers that start with one of the prefixes you have indicated will be able to call you, even if the full numbers are not in your list. All other numbers, which start with a prefix not among those you have entered, will be automatically blocked.


No. We constantly optimize our features to minimize the impact on your device. When the app is closed, it does not remain active in the background but is active only for the time necessary for call filtering. You can check the specific battery usage of our app in your device's settings. This will give you an accurate picture of its impact on your phone.


No. Shhured's main function, which is call filtering via whitelist and prefixes, does not require an active internet connection. All filtering operations take place directly on your device. An internet connection is only necessary for some specific features, such as:
  • Account creation: When you register to manage your subscription.
  • Subscription management: To subscribe to, modify, or cancel your subscription.
Once your whitelist is configured or the prefixes to block are set, the app will function autonomously, without needing to be connected to the internet to filter incoming calls. This guarantees your privacy and efficient operation even without a network.

Privacy

Your privacy is our top priority. Shhured is designed to work locally on your device and does not collect any sensitive personal data related to your calls, contacts, or call logs. The only personal data collected is your email address, and this only happens if you choose to create an account within the app. This account is necessary exclusively to manage your subscription. In summary, Shhured:
  • Does not record or store your call logs.
  • Does not access or store your contacts outside of your device.
  • Does not analyze the content of your calls.
We only collect your email address if you decide to subscribe to a plan, and this data is used solely for the management of your account and subscription through Stripe's secure platform. No other personal data is collected or shared outside the app. Your call filtering activity remains completely private on your phone.

We want to be absolutely transparent: the vast majority of data related to Shhured's operation remains exclusively on your device. This includes your whitelist of safe numbers and the prefix settings you choose to block. This information is never transmitted or stored outside your phone. The only personal data that, in some cases, is used is your email address, and this only happens if you have created an account to manage your subscription. In this scenario, your email address is used exclusively to:
  • Identify your account within the app.
  • Communicate with Stripe, our secure payment service provider, for the management of your subscription (for example, to verify the subscription status).
We reiterate that:
  • We do not access your call logs.
  • We do not access your address book (unless you choose to import numbers into the whitelist, and even in that case, the data remains on your device).
  • We do not share any data related to your use of the call filter with third parties.
Our commitment is to guarantee your privacy. The main functionality of the app is designed to operate autonomously and locally, giving you full control over your data.

No. Creating an account is optional and depends on how you intend to use the application.
  • If you want to use the basic functionality of the app, including the whitelist filter (the list of allowed numbers), it is not necessary to create an account. You can download the app and immediately start configuring your list of allowed numbers, and the filter will work locally on your device without registration.
  • Creating an account is only required if you want to access paid plans and use additional features such as the prefix filter. The account is necessary to manage your subscription.
Therefore, if you are only interested in the free whitelist filter functionality, you can use the app without creating an account. The account becomes necessary only if you want to unlock and manage the subscription for the prefix filter.

When you choose to subscribe to unlock the prefix filter, you will be asked to create an account by providing your email address and choosing a password. This data is processed as follows:
  • Use of email address: Your email address is mainly used to identify your account within the app and to communicate with Stripe, our payment management partner. Through Stripe, we can verify your subscription status and ensure you have access to the features of the plan you have chosen. We may also use your email address to send you important communications related to your subscription (for example, renewal notices or changes to the terms of service).
  • Password management: The password you choose is encrypted and stored securely. We do not have direct access to your password.
  • Interaction with Stripe: Data related to your subscription (such as status, start and end date) is securely shared with Stripe to allow payment processing and subscription management. We do not share other sensitive personal data with Stripe, such as your call logs or contacts. Stripe, in turn, manages your payment data in accordance with its high security and privacy standards.
  • No sharing with third parties (outside of Stripe for subscription management): Outside of the necessary interaction with Stripe for the management of your subscription, your email address and account information are not shared with other third parties for marketing or profiling purposes.
Our goal is to ensure the transparency and security of your data. Account creation is solely intended to provide you with access to and management of the paid plan in an efficient and secure manner via Stripe.

No. Your email will only be used for managing your subscription and sending you account-related notifications. We do not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Subscription

With Shhured, you have the flexibility to choose between three plans based on your needs:

  • Free Plan: Offers basic features, such as the whitelist filter.
  • Premium Plan: At a cost of € 2.49 per month or € 24.99 per year, you unlock additional features, including call filtering by prefixes.
  • Gold Plan: At a cost of € 3.99 per month or € 39.99 per year, you unlock all the app's features.
You can choose your preferred plan as soon as you open the app for the first time. You will be presented with a screen showing the options and their respective benefits. Alternatively, you can modify or subscribe to a plan at any time later within the app, following these simple steps:

  1. Open Shhured.
  2. Go to the 'Your plan' section (you can find this section by tapping the 'home' icon in the bottom navigation). Select 'Upgrade!'.
  3. Select the plan you wish to subscribe to.
  4. If you have not yet created an account, you will be asked to enter your email and choose a password. This is necessary to manage your subscription.
  5. Complete the payment.
  6. Once the payment is complete, your subscription will be active, and you can immediately start using the features included in the chosen plan.

Managing and canceling your Shhured subscription is simple, and you can do it directly within the application. Here's how:

  1. Open Shhured.
  2. Go to the 'Your plan' section. You can find this section by tapping the 'home' icon in the bottom navigation.
  3. Within this section, select 'Manage subscription'. Here you can view your subscription status, change your plan, and cancel your subscription.
  4. To proceed with canceling your subscription, select 'Cancel subscription'. You will be asked for confirmation to ensure you actually want to cancel the subscription.
Please note that canceling your subscription will prevent automatic renewal on the next billing date. You can still continue to enjoy the benefits of the paid plan until the expiration of the period for which you have already paid.

Absolutely yes. The security of your payment data is our priority. For this reason, we do not directly manage or store your payment data in any way. All transactions related to subscriptions are securely managed by Stripe, a leading global payment platform renowned for its high security and reliability standards. When you choose to subscribe to a paid plan, your payment data is processed directly by Stripe through encrypted and secure connections. Stripe is certified to the most stringent security standards in the industry and implements advanced measures to protect your financial information from unauthorized access.


If you do not renew your Premium or Gold subscription, at the end of the paid period you will automatically revert to the free plan. You will lose access to the paid features, and you will only be able to use the features of the Free plan. There will be no automatic charges, and you can resubscribe whenever you want.

Shhured is available for Android devices with version 7 or higher. However, the call filtering functionality is only available for devices with Android version 10 or higher. We invite you to check your operating system version in your phone's settings to know the full compatibility with all the app's features.


If you encounter problems with Shhured's operation, we suggest you try the following steps:

  • Check your Android version: Make sure your device has Android version 10 or higher to use the call filtering feature. Earlier Android versions do not support this feature.
  • Check the app settings: Open Shhured and verify that the call filter is active and configured correctly according to your preferences (whitelist or prefix filter).
  • Restart the app: Completely close the app (do not leave it in the background) and reopen it. This can resolve temporary issues.
  • Restart your phone: Restarting your device can often resolve operating system anomalies that may interfere with the app's operation.
  • Check permissions: Make sure Shhured has all the necessary permissions for call management. You can check and modify permissions in your phone's settings (usually under 'Apps' or 'Application Manager').
  • Update the app: Check if a newer version of Shhured is available on the Google Play Store and, if so, update it. Updates often include bug fixes and performance improvements.
